SKin Care TIp Monday.

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Bath.

It is so simple yet sooo GOOOOD!

You put 1-2 cups of the Apple Cider Vinegar into your bath...
You then sit in the bath for about 30-45 mins.
Then you get out of the bath and feel GREAT!

Make sure you drink a good amount of water after.
I like to do a good long face mask while I sit into the bath tub!

An Apple Cider Vinegar Bath is great for your body and skin.
It is cheap, simple and feels so very good!
